Prices can increase depending on complexity

Simple backgrounds (I.E: Solid colors, shapes, patterns, etc) will not be charged.

Adding full backgrounds (I.E: Interiors, landscapes, etc) to your commissions start at an additional $60 and can increase based on the complexity of the order.

Up to 3 free revisions are allowed. Any more will be charged extra.

Prices can increase depending on complexity of design.

Props cost extra starting at +$10 (Ex: furniture, weapons, etc)

Additional characters are -$10 off base price (Ex: Character 1 flat bust is $45, character 2 is $35)

Retain full rights to the artwork

Maintain the right to post finished work onto my portfolio and social media sites, or used as examples for future commissions.

Maintain the right to turn down a commission

If you do not wish for your commission to be uploaded on my social media, please notify me and I will do so.

Reserve the right to refund the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.

Will be expected to fully read the TOS

May use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

Reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

May not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.

May post the commission on your social media/websites with proper credit to me.

May edit/crop/resize the artwork, HOWEVER, I must still be credited for the piece.

Are NOT permitted, under any circumstance, to use any parts of the commission for non fungible tokens. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

Turnaround time is around 3 - 8 weeks.

During the sketch phase, I will be sending WIPs (Work in Process shots) to the client to see if they would like anything adjusted before finishing.

Once the commission is finished, I will send a high resolution image to the client's provided email address.

After the sketch has been approved, only 3 major changes are allowed. Any more will be charged extra.

If I, the artist, make any errors in the design such as accessories or other visual elements specified in references, I will make the edits for no additional cost.

Payment is upfront via PayPal Invoice.

All prices are in USD.

All sales are under "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped.

I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

Commission only begins when the payment is received.

If I do not receive payment within 48 hours of sending the invoice, I will discard your order from the slot.

If the commission is cancelled before work has begun, the client will receive a full refund.

If a cancellation happens after work has begun, the client will receive a partial refund depending on the progress made.
